ICCU Towers
ICCU Plaza Towers s a striking mixed-use development in downtown Boise, designed to elevate the city’s skyline with modern architecture and premium amenities. Featuring residential condominiums, office spaces, retail areas, and a branch of Idaho Central Credit Union, this 13-story tower seamlessly blends urban convenience with contemporary elegance. With its prime location at 4th & Idaho, ICCU Plaza is set to become a dynamic hub for business and community engagement.

At ICCU Plaza Towers in downtown Boise, our company contributed by managing sewer and storm systems, performing mass excavation, and grading for the building pad and asphalt to support this mixed-use development.
Roosevelt, Emerald-Rose Hill
Roosevelt St (Rose Hill St to Emerald St) in Boise, Idaho, has undergone significant improvements to enhance pedestrian and cyclist accessibility. The project introduced new sidewalks, bike lanes, and a multi-use pathway, creating a safer and more connected corridor for residents. With upgraded infrastructure and thoughtful urban planning, Roosevelt Street continues to evolve as a vital link in Boise’s transportation network.

Midway Park
